Trump's Family Member Gets Professional Tips from Tiger Woods Ahead of LPGA Debut

Young golfer getting ready for significant tournament

The rising star maintains considerable online audience

Kai Trump will have plenty of well-known cheerleaders as she makes her first LPGA appearance on Thursday.

The 18-year-old athlete, who is connected to a former US president, received a sponsor's invitation to compete at Florida's Annika event in Florida.

Her grandfather, an avid golfer, owns several courses worldwide and often matches against Kai.

"He's pretty good. I can't say much but we have competitive games," she mentioned.

Kai explained that her grandfather, unable to come, counseled her: "Simply stay calm."

"My grandpa essentially suggested to go out there and relax," she explained.

"In my eyes, he's just a normal grandpa. He won't be there this weekend. He's focused on world affairs, making him quite busy."

As an amateur, the golfer has competed in a mere three competitions recently and holds the 461st position in the American Junior Golf Association rankings.

But she's able to seek guidance from 15-time major champion, who is dating Vanessa.

"He stands as the best player worldwide," Kai expressed.

"Furthermore, he's a more impressive person. He suggested me to go out there, enjoy myself, and go with the flow."

The golfer will compete against multiple top competitors in professional golf at the competition, featuring second-ranked the champion, England's golfer Hull, professional Thompson and last year's winner champion Vu.

Tournament organizers commented that Kai's presence exposes the sport to new audiences, especially reaching younger fans.

The young star has millions of followers and recently launched a personal apparel and wellness company.

Her first tee time at 5:30 PM GMT.
